  1. Before installing ASTG 1.8, please read this!!!

  3. Due to a problem in how I was handling the prefs file, there was
  4. an insidious bug in ASTG that caused varying effects, usually
  5. ending in a crash.  In order to fix this without getting too
  6. complicated, I had to change the format of the prefs file.
  7.  
  8. In order to use ASTG 1.8, you will need to delete the file
  9. ENV:ASTG.Prefs.  From the CLI, type:
  10.  
  11.    delete ENV:ASTG.Prefs
  12.  
  13. Then run the NEW ASTG Prefs and configure it to match your
  14. system.

  19. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, YOU WILL DOUBTLESSLY SUFFER MANY CRASHES.
